Stayed at this hotel for the second time. Initially, we were settled in room P3 (this is floor -1, where the reception is) with a view of the fence of the roof of a neighboring building, you should not even stutter about any sea view, although it positions itself as a hotel with a view of the number of rooms (in our first visited in 2015, the room was on the 4th floor with a really great view). What can I say, number P3 was made in haste, the floor is tiled, a shower with one door, etc. After the indignation at the reception, on the second day of our stay at the hotel, we were moved to a room on the 1st floor with a partial view of the sea and the roof of the neighboring hotel and constantly working restaurant hoods from which there was a constant stench of fish and a constant hum.
The room is not the first freshness carpet, washed bedding and towels. It is worth noting that I had to ask to bring a second set of towels and a second blanket, because. The room was completed with only one set. Towels were changed every day, sheets never. Cleaning in the room is very superficial, the toilet bowl and sink were not washed even once during all the entire stay. There is no kettle or cups in the room. There is no sun blind, although other rooms have it. Wi-Fi barely works, Skype, etc. It's impossible to talk to the video. Breakfast is quite good, a good choice, just enough, but the dinners are disgusting.
I want to note that on the 3rd day the dinners were moved to the dining room (it is impossible to call this place a restaurant) of the Obala hotel (5 minutes walk): noise, staff always running around with disgruntled faces, from which, apart from the hustle and bustle, there is no use, there are no places, dirty tables, dirty dishes, very tasteless food. I do not recommend anyone to take dinners, in the end we simply refused them, and went to eat at restaurants on the waterfront. They complained about the quality of service at dinners at the reception, no reaction, no one even apologized, they don’t know how to work with customer complaints.
