We rested in the villa for a week. The rooms are new, but not large, there is a hairdryer, a kettle and cups (plates, forks, spoons, knives are missing), a refrigerator. The balcony of our room overlooked Vitodolskaya street, so the fishy smell from nearby restaurants rarely reached. The balcony is very small and is designed for 2 people. Cleaned normally. Towels were changed every other day. A significant minus is 100% audibility. The elevator broke down 2 times in a week. So families with small children should choose a lower floor. The villa is well located. Within walking distance of markets, restaurants, a pharmacy and an outpatient clinic. In general, I liked the villa. It is important that the owners are nice people. Perhaps we will come here again.
