The villa is located in a quiet location near the sea in the resort of Sveti Stefan. At 100 meters there is a restaurant where visitors are offered a large selection of local dishes. Not far from the villa there is a pizzeria and a cafe.More →

Terrible, it doesn't get any worse. The thing is that there is another side of the "medal", namely the view not of the sea, but on the other side of the villa, in our case, the travel agency "Busoll Voyage" Kharkiv in the person of Alexei Tsigur is silent about this, or he simply does not know about it or knows but strongly recommends to make money and sell this tour. … More ▾ Terrible, it doesn't get any worse. As for the room, in our case it is room 307 on the third floor - it's just terrible: the TV does not work, plus there were no batteries on the remote yet, there was zero attention to requests to put them on, there was no chandelier - a light bulb was cheerful, there were no hygiene products in the bathroom - only toilet paper and a broken soap dish. And the worst thing is the view of the bushes, real "chagarnyks", from which various gnats and mosquitoes flew, my son and I were bitten.
Now about food. Served in portions, it is scarce, the same thing every day. But upon the arrival of three Montenegrin families - this happened already two days before our departure - the food became better, draw your own conclusions, how they love and wait for us there.
Only one thing pleased - a good beach, but it has nothing to do with the villa.
Искусаны каморами.

The tour was taken a day before departure for 500 euros for 8 nights. Considering this circumstance (price) - the rest was a success. Villa - a six-storey building without an elevator, of which 5 floors are residential. On the ground floor there is a reception and a restaurant (cafe for guests) with breakfast. Breakfast is modest, but quite sufficient to "recharge" in the morning)). Cozy summer terrace. We had a double room with a sea view. The first room is walk-through with a sofa, two armchairs, a table, a kettle. The second room was the bedroom. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The furniture in the room is in good condition. Linen is clean. Air conditioning available and working. San. the knot is a bit loose. The shower was behind a curtain and water was constantly on the floor. From this, the bottom of the door became limp and it did not close well. But these are trifles.
The sea from the hotel is 5-10 minutes down the stairs. There are a lot of steps, so it will not be very convenient for small children, strollers and the elderly. If you go straight down (5 minutes), then you get to the left side of the beach. It's dirty here, there are nudists. The pebbles are larger and entry into the water is not comfortable. Sun loungers (2 pieces + umbrella) - 10 euros. Therefore, I recommend that at the beginning of the descent down the stairs, turn right at the first turn and go down the street towards the island and go down to the beach there (10 minutes, right side of the beach). Everything is much more interesting here. The pebbles are smaller, the entrance is more convenient, the sea is cleaner, sunbeds are more expensive. But no one will forbid you to sit just on a towel. Of course, there are more people here, because. it is possible to drive a car. Nearby is a car park for 2 euros per hour. But on the other hand, you will relax, admiring the visiting card of Montenegro - the island of St. Stephen.
Not far from the villa (150-200 meters on the road to the right of the exit) there is a grocery store. The prices are adequate. Right next to the crossroads there is a bus stop where you can take a bus to Budva (travel 2 euros, goes to the very center). On the same patch there are 3 restaurants where you can satisfy your hunger deliciously and relatively inexpensively.
Summing up, I will say: I recommend the villa as a budget option. If a ticket for a week cost 1000 euros for two, then I would be looking for something in the center of Budva. And so everything suited us. There were no seals on the beach. Every day we tried to go out (leave) somewhere and see something new. We rented a car for 2 days. We visited the monastery, and the canyon, and Kator. You can see more about the trip in the video, which will be added soon. In the meantime, I'm adding a video review of the villa and the beach itself.

The villa is located high above the sea. There are 204 steps to the beach, plus another floor to climb (up to 4 floors 70 steps). There was a side view of the sea: the sea is a little visible, of course, but in general it is a view of the balconies of neighboring villas. Rooms are well equipped and nice looking. All equipment worked. The router is separate on each floor, so the wifi works well. The trash was taken out every day. The towels weren't changed. You had to ask for toilet paper. Everything would be fine, but breakfast is something terrible! There weren't even eggs or scrambled eggs! The assortment is as follows: cucumbers, cabbage with carrots, cheese, ham, bread, yogurt, jam, drink, tea, coffee (it's all the same every day). The hot dish was different every day, but edible - only once (stewed vegetables). A couple of times there was pasta stuck together in one lump. All products are somehow overwhelmed: bread is not always fresh, pastries from what they have not eaten (cheese with ham and jam) are also always stale. On the last day, even the ham was spoiled! So if you go - don't count on breakfast at all!
The hostess is not friendly, she pretends that she does not understand Russian, although all the vacationers are Russian speakers.
The place of St. Stefan is very beautiful, the sea is clean, the beach is pebbly. Nearby is a very beautiful park Milocer. Not far from the villa cafe, shop, bus stop. Transport goes very well. Bus to Budva - every 15 minutes (price 2 euros). Excursions can be bought in Budva - there are 5-7 euros cheaper than with a guide from a tour operator.

3-star hotel I'll start with the benefits. We chose a room with a sea view. We were accommodated on the 5th floor. The room is beautiful, the sea view is mesmerizing. The air conditioner works fine, cleaned daily. We had the opportunity to go into the room, with a view ...nowhere, the balcony is small, the room is like a box, the trees immediately rest against the balcony, the air conditioning stinks. That is, the hotel has different rooms, both spacious and bright and no.
A separate topic of breakfast! To be honest, there is nothing to eat here except buns with chocolate butter and jam, and also cheese slicing, well, bacon-type meat for an amateur. For 10 days for breakfast we were served: burnt stewed cabbage, spit out such potatoes, pasta is such an impression that they were cooked for the third time, no boiled, sausages are probably the cheapest because you could already taste the toilet paper.
There are many steps to the beach ...pcs.
200 same with a stroller and small children here is not an option at all!
On food, representatives of the villa recommend Cafe Cafe, we went there one evening, in principle, not bad. But we definitely recommend Drago! And delicious and cultural and the prices are normal, the portions are large, you can take 1 for two.
The sea is warm and clean.
Excursions! Do not take from the representative of the villa. Because here you will be told 25 euros. And in Budva the same tour can be bought for 16-18 euros and you will be picked up and brought to the villa. We took a tour of the canyons and the Bay of Kotor! Good! We recommend these tours.
General impressions from the trip: Montenegro is worth seeing once, but there is nothing more to come here. Croatia is much better!

The atmosphere is cozy. homely. not party. but we didn’t want to move. To the sea, go 5 minutes on the stairs. left rocks. pebbles on the right. even more to the right, small pebbles. It upset the sea. but it’s not the hotel’s fault. it’s clean in the morning.
. garbage . . apparently thrown from the island of Sveti Stefan or from yachts. but in general everything is fine. it is quiet on the beach. the village itself is for families. calm. a lot of cafes. thank you very much to Montenegro and the owners of the villa for a pleasant stay and an unforgettable vacation.

Didn't really like the villa. Her location turned out to be somewhere behind the garbage dump, behind the buildings, one might say somewhere on the outskirts of St. Stephen. . . we paid for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, but we got a view of the windows of a neighboring hotel and only a little bit of the sea line was visible from the side. … More ▾ Didn't really like the villa. Although, this is probably a claim to the agency. . . There was no soap in the room.... Last year we rested in a BMW, so there was soap and some shampoos and a hairdryer and even dishes: a plate, cups, etc. There was nothing in this room except two glasses and a kettle. Breakfasts are tasteless, as for dogs: oak doughnuts, inedible hot, never once put a single piece of fruit. . . In general, the hosts are nasty. In Russian, not a single word, although without exception, all the Montenegrins with whom we spoke understood us perfectly and could answer. Here is the wall! But the worst thing is the brutal noise. When someone closed the door behind them, leaving the room, an incredible roar arose, from which the people sleeping at that moment jumped in their beds. The same thing when someone went down the stairs in flip-flops - a roar like from a soccer ball. The noise of the air conditioners made me deaf. In a word, we hardly had to sleep. In short, I would not recommend. And he himself is no longer there with his foot.

About the bad
1. The hostess does not speak Russian and English, but only Serbian or pretends that she does not understand - it's more convenient. Therefore, if a problem arises, then no one will help you, everyone will pretend that they do not understand you.
2. wi-fi on 0.4 and 5 floors does not catch. It is extremely inconvenient - you have to go to the lower floors and sit in the corridor. They have one unfortunate router for the whole vila.
3. Towels and bed linen were changed only at the end of the holiday, after I personally asked the hostess about it. Cleaners in the morning pretend to clean, but the cleaning is really terrible.
4. Food - breakfast is possible, but leaves much to be desired. The water for tea is warm, not boiling; terrible coffee; instead of juice, some diluted Yupi, etc.
5. Elevator - absent. If you live on the 4th or 5th floor, then I sympathize with you. The steps are very steep. So ask your tour agent for a room starting at 100 (1st floor) or 300 (3rd floor). The owner lives on the second floor.
6. Extra bed for 3 guests. There are rooms with a normal full-fledged single third bed and a mattress (room 101), and there is an extra bed in the form of a folding small chair (room 405). It's terrible - it's impossible to sleep and the hostess refuses to change, says that they all have such, but in fact it's a lie : (
7. There was no soap in the bathroom, I had to buy it - the first time I see this. If there were also no toilet paper, then one would be completely upset by their service : )
8. There is not enough kitchen in the room, or at least a microwave oven for heating food.
9. The TV set in our room was 20 years old with a cathode ray tube. Other rooms have small flat-screen TVs.

August 2013, Villa Radjen, St. Stephen! Well, where to start..... at a loss from the negative reviews about the villa !!!!!! 1) Check-out from the hotel is valid until 10.00, but just a minute, as soon as people check out, 5 minutes of cleaning and check in new arrivals! we waited until 10.00 + 5min (cleaning)! 2) Breakfast! Those who are used to eating croissants for breakfast, drinking expensive coffees, eating lobsters will turn their noses and say that the current breakfasts are disgusting! Again, PRICE, what kind of breakfast do you want for that kind of money!? 3) Service! I think it's so great! We took a room with a view of the mountains, the view is certainly not very good, but we didn’t need it (there was no time to sit on the balcony), we paid 1100 euros for 11 days (10 nights) for 2 - this is with a flight! And we have no complaints about the villa! if you want chic service and VIP rooms, pay from 3500 euros with breakfast and live in 4*-5* hotels, what's the problem?!
One thing I can say is that you can not take kettles, irons and hair dryers with you. The room has a kettle with cups, air conditioning, TV! when you check in, they themselves offer an iron and a hair dryer!
There are a lot of emotions from the rest, you can write a lot, if you have any questions, please contact me with pleasure, I will answer and tell you, both about the villa and about the rest! ))))

However, the hotel, due to the constant 100% load, is in a state that is bewildering. In our room instead of the promised bed
single were separate, attached to each other. At the same time, it was impossible to make sure that there was no 20 cm gap between the beds, and they flatly refused to change anything. Secondly, in the bathroom on the ceiling under the drain of the upper room there was a 50cm diameter stain that was frozen and completely black from the fungus!! ! while in the bathroom itself there was an unbearable "aroma" of mold. And this despite the fact that we just moved into the room! There was no soap, I had to buy (I could not even imagine that I had to carry it with me), a cup for brushes as well. The curtain in the bathroom on the bottom was all the same in the fungus. When I was indignant about the fungus, they told me that they knew, but they could not do anything. and only after the threat will he turn to the regulator of the tourism business in Montenegro - they cleaned it from the ceiling (enough for 3 days, but the stench did not go away). The neighbors had other problems: broken beds, the smell of sewage in the bathroom, non-working air conditioners, etc.
As for breakfasts, after a couple I got heartburn and I preferred to eat elsewhere (Kenter's Surname is the most acceptable of democratic restaurants, Three Olives is the best, but more expensive).
By the way, for restaurants, I can recommend konoba catovic mlini - definitely the best restaurant in Montenegro.
Another recommendation - when refueling (especially in Budva) ALWAYS look at how much you filled the tank at the dispenser and only then go to pay. They tried to scam me two times out of three for 11 and 10.7 euros, respectively. They immediately punched the amount more when I asked for a check, they gave a fake one (with a different refueling time, but a suitable amount), then I indicated that there were other data on the column and began to pretend that they were mistaken. The second time is even more fun - they dropped the column indicators, and returned the money only after they took out the phone and said that I would call the police - let them figure out why the check was fake and where the indicators from the column had gone.
