Great hotel, but you have to walk down stairs to get to the beach.

Small cozy hotel. The rooms are tastefully furnished, furniture and fixtures are new. Each room has a safe, mini-bar, shower with hydromassage and a set of cosmetics, hairdryer, Wi-Fi. The hotel rooms offer a beautiful view of the island of St. Stephen, which is conducive to long gatherings on the balcony (if you have one in your room) with a glass of something "delicious" in your hands; ). The hotel has Russian-speaking staff.
Hotel "Romanov" is located under the same roof with the hotel "Azimut", therefore it has a common infrastructure with it - reception, restaurant, spa-salon, gym, indoor pool. A special pride of the hotel administration is a playroom for children with many toys and a small playground with swings and slides.
The hotel building is located a hundred meters from the sea, but you will have to go down to the beach along a specially equipped long ladder (there are many steps). Beach towels are provided free of charge to hotel guests.

Romanov does not have its own place on the beach, so vacationers will have to pay extra for sun loungers with umbrellas from 10 to 75 euros (depending on the beach and season).

I wish you all a pleasant holiday!

You are right about the escort. But yesterday I talked with the manager of Chocolate Elena, all her answers came down - we don’t want to know anything, complain anywhere. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority.

I also got acquainted with the beauties of the forests and a lot of impressions remained from the toilets "under the bush". And before us, many tourists had visited these places and each left their own “trace” there and it was not so easy to find a “clean bush”, not to mention the swampy terrain, nettles and clouds of mosquitoes :) what is remarkable, we went back by another bus with others drivers and stops were at gas stations. Also, the first day in St. Petersburg passed in a blur. We arrived at the hotel only at four o'clock. Tired, unwashed, hungry, they rode around St. Petersburg until two o'clock - lunch was reserved for two hours. Thank you for taking me to the supermarket for 40 minutes in the morning, where we could at least wash a little and buy something to eat. Why it was impossible to check us into a hotel right away in the morning and give the same 40 minutes for us to bring ourselves into a divine form - a mystery ...

In addition, I found obviously forged reviews of Chocolate employees about their tours. It can be seen with the naked eye that supersmetanka, zhukova231 and Vicktoriia ARE THE SAME PERSON! - http://www.turpravda.ua/Travel agencies/Chocolate-Tour-1578/Scam-continues-Who-next-1690

It's a great idea about consumer protection, in the tourism sector, by the way, there is an organization for tourists' reviews, I have contacts. I propose to join forces, all the more supported by the addresses and phone numbers of like-minded people from our trip. Write to majorovastar@mail.ru, we will connect! And about the fact that there are only 2 bad reviews, friends, you are mistaken! Just type in the search: Reviews of the tour company Chocolate- You will be surprised how many equally terrible stories!!

apparently, a lot depends on the people who accompany us, because with all the similar data, we didn’t have a disgusting impression of the trip, the drivers were not rude, were attentive, tried to smooth out the physically unpleasant state of a difficult move. Honestly, I didn’t soon I will decide to go somewhere by the Neoplan bus - it is inside - worse than our Laz, it is narrow, it shakes very much, it is catastrophically uncomfortable to sleep. But all tours of this kind are regarded as "budget", so there is no special comfort. The only sincere wish is to give tourists a rest and settle them immediately upon arrival in the city, and only then go to the survey. After all, we are people, plus we also take our children, but we really want their impression of the city not to be overshadowed by poor health after a difficult move and a desire to sleep.
