The hostess is really happy to help. But exactly until the moment you leave. We had a long wait for the bus, 8 hours, and we went to the beach to swim with the children. I asked to use the shower outside on the hotel grounds after the beach, to which I received the answer "You have already left, wash on the beach. " They also told us to leave the luggage on the street, near the gate. Despite the fact that we lived in the apartment for 3 weeks!!! !
Cleanliness is a separate story altogether. The floor was never washed, the mirror was wiped only once, the shower was washed only when I told it to be washed, the bed was not changed for 3 weeks.
Everywhere mold, dirt, dust is not wiped off at all. But when booking, it is indicated that the apartments are cleaned every day.
