We booked a villa 2 months in advance, looked for reviews, dreamed. The terrible reality surpassed all fears. We were 3 people with a child of 6 years old settled in a pantry for staff. The hostess of the villa, impudent and sly, decided to rent out her office premises, marking them on the website as a studio. Cleaning has not been done even once in 10 days, 4 small towels for 3 people, it took longer to beg, furniture and shower cabin are broken, kitchen cabinet with one door, the second one is torn off, shelves on the mirror in the bathroom are broken, cobwebs, light bulbs in sconces do not light, garbage was not taken out. And then it started to rain, and all the water drained into our room, shoes floated away and water flooded the floor. There are no terraces, as promised on the site, from the pantry door there is a view of a blank cement wall, the sun does not fall into this passage at all. And the sewerage of all other rooms is right in front of the entrance to this haven. The only view from the room is the linen and ironing room. At 6 am, the cleaning lady starts climbing and making noise. There is no air, the window overlooks the city stairs, it is impossible to open it. Mosquitoes (you can’t do without a fumigator), and after the rain, ants flew into a humid corner to give birth, so they broke through the door through hordes of insects.
