This is my first time writing a negative review for a hotel. I've never had such a bad vacation. Rested family of 3 people - 2 adults, a child of 7 years.
Just wondering who gave this hotel 4 stars?
The advantages of the hotel are a new, beautiful building and inside the building everything is nice, spacious room (we had a one-bedroom studio, 58-60 sq. m. , on the 4th floor, #407, July, 2019. This is where the pluses are over.
Disadvantages:
1. View from the window - we supposedly had the sea. Nooo, also on the track! The hotel itself is located close to the highway with a high level of traffic, that is, the movement does not stop day or night. Therefore, the windows did not open - constant noise from the road, gas emissions, auto refueling right there... I generally keep quiet about dust.

2. Cleaning in the room - several times they came with complaints about the reception. Probably it was necessary to pay separately for this option, because it takes a lot of effort to make such a nightmarish cleaning. Although, our neighbors, on the contrary, said that something, and the cleaning made them happy - their room was on the 3rd floor. Cleaning our room consisted of changing towels. Bed linen - at our request. The floor was cleaned very quickly, window sills, shelves in the apartments, the balcony were not cleaned at all from the moment of our settlement, dust on the finger. There is nowhere to wash your clothes, your beach towels in the hotel. We were told at the reception that they carry dirty linen to the neighboring city of Bar.
3. Nutrition, one might say, no, although breakfast and dinner were included. For example, breakfast - scrambled eggs and fried eggs, 2 types of sausages OR sausage cutting 2-3 types + 1 type of hard cheese; tomatoes always and only tomatoes, sometimes a salad very similar to Olivier, bread, croissants, a la carte butter, chocolate, jam, honey, juice from a machine of 3 types. And so 2 weeks of our stay at the hotel. Dinner is the same story. The food is poor and very tasteless.
4.300 meters to the beach, the sea is clear in the first half of the day, then from 12 o'clock - some kind of disgusting dregs, then in the evening, the water was cleared again. The beach deserves special attention in the sense of the name "private", from the hotel. Everyone who wanted to break into this "private" beach, sat on each other's heads - this is the local population. The girl on duty walked along the beach and tried to drive away these comrades who were laying bedding almost on your sunbed. The girl was mostly harried, so the beach was densely populated, that is, it is not a private beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas of our "private beach" were successfully rented out to everyone for 10 euros 2 sunbeds and an umbrella.
5. Kitchen corner in the room - only a frying pan, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, a kettle and that's it. No cutting board, no saucepan, no knife, nothing. I'm not talking about detergent, kitchen towel.
For the sake of interest, we checked with our neighbors whether they were satisfied with the hotel and everything described above - well, you never know, maybe we are so crazy. It turned out, no, we were not the only ones upset.
It is a pity that we could not find objective reviews about the hotel when we made the decision. I was warned that the service in Montenegro is so-so, but so much. . .
