This hotel, called itself "eco" (Villa Kristina Villa Cristina) I found on olx and it is also on instagram - no sites and in general it is now clear why.
The owners are a girl Christina and her husband. By phone I booked two rooms with all amenities and with their own kitchen with an advance payment for one day - 1400 UAH.
On the photos in instagram everything is nice. Christina promised that everything is brand new.
Arrived - HORRIBLE!

The walls were hastily upholstered with pieces of wood, the wooden floor was trampled to blackness, the doorway was blown out with foam and they didn’t even bother to cut it off, lamellas constantly fall out in the beds (if a person is well-fed, it’s better not to sit on the bed), there are only 2 sockets - for TV and air conditioning (so you have to sacrifice something to charge your phone), there is nowhere to hang things (there is only a cabinet in the room that falls if you open the door), the kitchen is gloomy: EVERYTHING is second-hand, a smelly refrigerator, a cracked countertop, and utensils that have seen types for calculation - for 4 people only 4 plates, cups and cutlery (although I checked in advance whether everything is enough in the kitchen), san. the node is the only more or less decent place.
We booked in advance a place for a car in the courtyard of the hotel, we arrived - all the places are occupied!
In the yard there are several tables under the scorching sun, the yard is packed with cars between which children are constantly running.
What is in this hotel "eco"? Timber-covered walls and scuffed floors?
In addition, it is in the hotel, and not in the village, that the lights are constantly turned off! And for quite a long time!
The sea is also not as close as Christina promised.
But all this pales in comparison with the dishonesty of the owners: we paid for 10 days - 14 thousand, of course, no one gave us any contracts or documents confirming the payment. And so there were circumstances that we had to move out a day later (through our fault). We were ready to pay a fine of 4 thousand (we lived there only 1 incomplete day) and asked to return 10 thousand to us.
In general, it is not difficult to guess that the "enterprising" Kristina and her husband decided without incurring any utility costs and without straining themselves to look for clients to put money in their pocket.
We barely managed to get back 4.000, and then after threats to turn to the appropriate authorities.
Here is such a "rest".

I DO NOT RECOMMEND "ECO" Hotel Villa Kristina and its dishonest owners to anyone.
