The staff is always polite, they don't understand Russian very well, but the languages ​ ​ are similar so you can even talk without switching to English or French. For beach towels, you need to make a deposit of 10 euros, upon check-out, the entire amount is returned. The room is cleaned every day, but not always thoroughly, the towels in the room are changed every day. The pool is cleaned every morning with a special water vacuum cleaner, they seem to be pouring something, but I have never seen it. The indoor pool is functioning, because the water is colder there! Sunbeds on the beach charge 5 euros, but this is only for the terraces, simple ones seem to be free, well, then if you lie down on a towel. there are special tanks on the beach in which you can throw garbage, during the day the hotel workers clean the beach, and in the morning a tractor passes through the sand ! ! the sea near the hotel is not deep, it’s very good for a child, you can’t reach the bottom near the buoys. If someone likes to dive, I advise you to go to the pier to the right of the hotel, local children often swim there and tourists from neighboring apartments, the depth is 30 meters, so there is where to break away)) The Saoya hotel has a large territory, which is very rare for Montenegro. We didn’t find animation as such, because mid-June is still just the beginning of the season, although at the end of the vacation children’s entertainers stopped by and the children could be busy all day, And there was live music every evening! By the way, from the entertainment on the territory there is a volleyball court, ping pong, children's cars.

In general, the hotel is good, with a good level of service, beach and territory. It works out its four 100%. I can say that they are trying very hard to reach the European service and in general it turns out. I liked everything and comparing with other hotels in Ulcinj, the second time I will be back in Otrant.
I would like to recommend delicious homemade wine, one uncle sells it in an apartment to the right of the hotel, after a short trip to the market apartments.
