I would like to tell you about my paradise. . .

Until recently, I didn't even know it existed. This is the island of Mauritius.

It's more of a sketch than a story. Here you will not find useful information for yourself, only an image...

My friend gave me the opportunity to visit there, for which many thanks to him. True, I didn’t agree to go for a long time, because I had never been so far and was afraid of everything: snakes, spiders, insects of poisonous plants... But there is nothing dangerous in paradise... and, of course, you don’t need a visa to go there.

I expected the scorching sun, the bliss, maybe the laziness of this charitable island. But HE met us with gray clouds and fine, nasty rain. I laughed: "great, I already feel at home. " =)

Hotel Le Mauricia seemed to me a magical oriental castle. Surprisingly, the rain made it even more impressive. Water rustles, large drops flow down huge palm leaves. Everywhere birds are of incredible colors: crested black and red, blue with yellow eyes, completely golden. And they all sing, whistle and give the impression that you are in the jungle. The hotel is made in such a way that it seems as if the garden goes inside the building and it becomes incomprehensible where the garden ends and the hall begins. Birds darting around and not too afraid of people. Two pools full of bright blue clear water tremble from the rain.

The people there are incredibly friendly and nice. And it seems that you have known them all your life and they are all good friends.

The food was also wonderful: seafood - squid, mussels, shrimp, meat for every taste, fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent delicate desserts and ice cream.

But then the sun came out and everything changed. Nature has become brighter, more cheerful after the rain and the drops shine brightly under the hot rays.

The hotel courtyard smoothly flows into a snow-white beach. And stones from black tuff seem so contrasting against its background. They are warm to the touch, like large peacefully sleeping animals, and sometimes it seems to start up and rush to duck.

The ocean of such an unusual azure color, lazily rolls its waves. And one can only imagine how many species of plants and fish it hides in its depths.

And Tamarin waterfalls. A chic spectacle - water falling from a great height, against the backdrop of greenery.

Lions hold a special place in my paradise. Walking with them is both cool and scary, it tickles your nerves and delights. After all, this is a wild beast, but it walks beside you, like a meek domestic kitten. . .

In such a place, time stops and, getting into this lazy world, you never want to leave it. After staying for a week, it seems like it was just yesterday. So, perhaps, it happens in paradise...
