We have been planning and preparing for this trip for a very long time. It bribed that, based on the reviews, promises of the managers with whom we communicated, the villa has a Russian manager (always), a Russian chef.
Our impressions:
1. The organization of the transfer is excellent: we were met, taken by taxi to the speedboat (a taxi costs $ 10), then put into a boat and brought to the island. The water on the beach is a beautiful turquoise hue, as in the picture.
You can put an end to this.
Below is a brief summary of what is happening at the villa:
1. The room is in a terrible state: rusty, dirty, shabby plumbing. The room has a constant musty smell of dampness, rottenness. . .

2. The room is dirty, because cleaning comes down to sweeping sand. The floors in the room were washed once in 6 days and only because the worker had to be forced to do it. After wetting the rag once, the cleaner rubbed the dirt from the bathroom to the terrace. Shelves, bedside tables in the room are dirty and stained from coffee, tea, although all this can be easily wiped off with cleaning products.
3. Bed linen was not changed after previous vacationers! Somehow, having exchanged the removed dirty bedding for a clean one, we made the bed ourselves. We wiped the shelves, bedside tables in the room, washed the plumbing ourselves!
4. Nobody changes towels! I had to go and ask myself to do it.
5. There is no promised coffee and tea in the room.
6. There is no Russian manager at the villa! The Russian chef, whom we mistook for a vacationer in the villa (because she either hid from the heat in her room during the day, or walked along the beach in the evenings, or sat on the sofas of the veranda, chatting loudly on the phone) we saw 2 times cooking, while there is something what she cooked was impossible: cereal soaked in cold milk, two cold sausages, a burnt omelette dumped in beans in tomato juice from a can, burnt bread toast from which oil poured. It was possible to eat more or less normally when a local woman from the village cooked.
7. What was promised to us from the food was different from what was served to us, for the worse. Bread was given twice in all the time, once there was a jug with some kind of cold tea, there was never a salad. The fruits were cut with the same knife that had previously cut the onion))).
8. There is always some kind of “party” in the kitchen from local residents, a builder from the Baltic states. The cook in what walks along the beach, around the village, sits on the sofa of the veranda, and cooks food in the same. She does not wear any apron, bathrobe, scarf when cooking. After spreading the breakfast on a plate, the cook licked her food-stained fingers, and then wiped them on her buttocks. . . the unsanitary conditions in the kitchen are utter.

9. Instead of the silence promised to us in the villa, there was no peace: during the day, music is yelling, which is listened to by a local resident who was sitting in the villa from morning until late evening. Telling him to turn down the music is useless. The cook speaks loudly on the phone until late at night, and reacts quite aggressively to requests for silence. In the evenings, all this party (local residents, a cook, a builder from the Baltics) sit on the sofas of the veranda and have fun, talking loudly, listening to music. Thus, not we, but they came to rest on the island, having paid money for their vacation!!!
10. We took an excursion at the villa, which we discussed twice with the manager who issued us a voucher. As a result, they fooled us with the cost of the excursion, and with the duration and content of the excursion itself! We agreed to pay half. However, on the eve of our departure, extorting money for this so-called excursion, the cook told us that then “you may leave the island on a plane tomorrow, or maybe not” (the transfer upon check-in was fully paid in full !!! ). That is, the decision on whether you will leave on a paid transfer from the island or not is taken by the kitchen worker! We had to give them money for "air", because as the cook of the villa said - this is their business, and the manager on the phone added that "the Maldivians are very touchy. " But nobody cares how we felt from all this disgrace.
11. The beach is in the trash, no one cleans it up, as we understood, the villa does not have its own sunbeds, since all the sunbeds were signed with the names of other hotels.
12. Communication with the organizers of the trip is disgusting - one of the phone numbers indicated in the voucher is turned off, on the second no one picks up the phone and does not answer messages, on the third number the owner of the house sometimes picks up the phone, he answers messages, but after some time . However, the messages were always answered by a girl from the page from the instagram of the organizers of the trip - many thanks to her !! ! Our manager also gave her personal phone number, but when the problematic moments began, I was told that she “is not responsible for anything other than booking a trip. ”
Several times the manager repeated to me that she “does very, very much beyond what she should do at all” (why should I only listen to this? ). At the same time, everything that concerned where she could earn money on us was offered to us very actively. Thus, if something happens, your issue will not be resolved promptly!

13. We went to dine in the guesthouse opposite - in "3 Hearts". There is a Russian manager, the owner is a Maldivian - very pleasant and helpful people (the owner of this guesthouse himself comes to meet and see off his guests to the pier). They answered all our questions in detail and honestly, because in our villa and our organizers, for the above reasons, it was useless to ask anything!
