It just so happened that I was going to the Maldives for two years in a row, I really wanted to get to the Fun Island 3 * hotel, but none of the tour operators in Ukraine gave it, they offered ADAARAN CLUB RANNALHI 4 * reviews on the reef were good, and I went for snorkeling. fell in love with this little island from the first day. It's funny to read reviews that "bored and nothing to do. " Only people who have absolutely no idea where and why they are going can write this. All the more ridiculous to require a hotel to have a pool. Why do you need a swimming pool in the Maldives, little of the Indian Ocean?
I rate the service and food only excellent. I took breakfast and dinner - the buffet is plentiful and varied, and the choice of meat dishes, and fish is always available, a variety of side dishes, almost any vegetables, excellent pastries, desserts, ice cream, fruits - papaya, annasse, guyaba, passion fruit, watermelon, apples , oranges, bananas. The rooms are very good, I lived in a water bungalow - the room is large, spacious, large bathroom, a large terrace with sunbeds, chairs and a table, silence, even the island was not visible from the terrace - only the ocean. The transfer is also well organized - 40 minutes on a speedboat - just a pleasant boat trip. The reef is fabulous, I swam at least 5 hours a day, the main coastline around the island is diverse - there are places where even small children can safely swim - clean sand, without corals. On the reef I saw and turtles, and several species of stingrays, including even very large ones, and even a manta ray swam - literally 100m from the bungalow. So there was no need to go on any additional excursions for snorkeling. Separately, I want to note the well-organized diving center - Russian instructor Alexei, and especially the representative of Tez Tour - Olya. To be honest, for the first time I met such a competent and attentive representative of Tez Tour, who instantly responds to any needs and wishes of tourists, which changed my opinion about the company from negative to positive. If Tez Tour had more such representatives, I would become their regular client.
In general, if I manage to get back to the Maldives next year, I will choose ADAARAN CLUB RANNALHI again. And I will book the tour again through the ABC travel agency (in Kyiv) - it’s nice to deal with people who try to listen to all your wishes, they picked flights very well and connecting flights. So to anyone who is interested in good unobtrusive service, great reef, great food, who is not looking for a "pool with a bar" I recommend this hotel.
