I rested here from 30.08-07.08. 18 with my family! I'll start from the very beginning!
They met us at the airport in Male, everything was very fast and organized! 40 minutes by speed boat (on the boat, the staff was very polite and provided free water and took pictures of us). Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff met us right at the pier, by the time we arrived, our villa was ready to move in! I would like to note that the hotel employee Yana, who met us herself, offered a more convenient accommodation option, seeing that we had a small child with us and did it in a few minutes, placed us in the same villa, closer to the main restaurant and right next to the children's center, which was very convenient for US. Many thanks to Jan for this! She informed us in great detail and quickly about the accommodation, facilities and services.
We stayed at the Grand Beach Villa. The villa is brand new with modern renovation and amenities, with a separate entrance to the ocean! Everything is great! The room is cleaned several times a day! Everything is clean and great! Updating the mini bar, changing towels went unnoticed! I would like to note the quality of the work of the room service staff! Cleanliness is constantly maintained throughout the hotel! The entire staff is very polite and accommodating! The children's center and its staff (nannies) are beyond praise! You can safely leave the child with them and not worry about the children! The children's center is brand new too! When we were leaving, the employees of the children's center gave my daughter a small handmade gift, it was very nice!

The food at the hotel is excellent, we liked everything! I would especially like to mention the desserts (super! ). The main restaurant has a children's area, which is very convenient for guests with children, I would also like to mention the waiter Abdullah from Bangladesh, who serves this area! It is rare to find such a high level of service, very polite and caring! In general, all the waiters in all restaurants of the resort perform their duties perfectly! We did not have any complaints about the entire staff of the hotel.
We took the "AL" package, I think this is the best option, because the prices in the restaurant are not cheap, even expensive if you do not have "ALL INCLUSIVE".
Enough entertainment on the island! You won't be bored! For those who do not know English, the hotel has Russian-speaking staff!
Albina - she accompanies guests on excursions, a very good girl will tell everything, show everything and explain it intelligibly!
Yana and Mohamed - they are at the reception, they solve all issues quickly and without problems!
Katya - works as an instructor in a diving center, there are no questions for her either!
Of course the hotel is a bit old, but everything is maintained and updated! Therefore, those who love comfort take new villas (Grand Beach Villa and Grand Beach Villa with Pool). I would also like to note the presence of a house reef !! ! This is a very big plus of the hotel, you do not have to go anywhere, everything is close at hand. Of course he dies, but that's another matter. But for lovers of snorkeling it is very convenient, you can swim and watch the underwater inhabitants at least all day and every day! We really liked the hotel, everything is provided for a comfortable stay!
The only negative: the security forbade me to shoot the island on video from a quadrocopter, many hours of negotiations with the hotel administration did not lead to anything. Although I explained to them that I have 3.5 million subscribers, and that I shoot videos exclusively for myself, it seems to me that the marketing department of this hotel does not work at all! Because they missed the opportunity to show their resort to such a large audience!
