• Replacement was made not only for us, but also for 13 (thirteen) vacationers;
• Paradise Island Resort 5* is in very poor technical condition: rusty plumbing, rusty pipes, peeled walls, etc. , ie. the hotel has not been renovated for a long time (there are photos).
• Rest turned out to be cheaper.
Imagine our surprise when they refused to return the difference in cost. All documents are there. We were deceived by Bigtour tour operator and Lucky Travel Travel Company.
Draw your own conclusions: 15 people were deceived during our trip alone, not only by poor-quality service from the Bigtour tour operator and the Lucky Travel Travel Company, but also by an average deception of 300 Euros per person.
