It was the first time in the Maldives, there is nothing to compare with, so my feelings are: upon arrival, and more than 20 people arrived at this hotel from the plane, we were met at the local port, the suitcases were taken by the workers, and we walked 5 minutes on foot. The first impression of the island is dirty, there is not enough greenery, the locals were met by smiling and friendly people! The hotel was greeted with a cool drink, all the staff speak excellent English. They conducted an educational program on how to behave on the island, among the locals, where you can go in a bikini, where you can’t, etc.
There are different rooms in the hotel, we went to visit the guys, because. got to know each other very well. There are rooms that overlook the village, the street, the ocean. Everywhere is quiet, there are no cars on the island, only mopeds, the locals are not noisy. We had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Room for three, not big. There was a kettle, iron, soap accessories. Breakfasts and dinners were included in the price, the choice is very modest, the food is spicy, but we were not hungry. There were very few fruits. You can eat both in the building and on the ocean. We bought fruit in local shops.
The beach is the best on the island, right in front of the hotel. Employees always come to the rescue: an umbrella, a sunbed will bring! The water is just magical! Ebb and flow - almost none! We saw sharks, stingrays and many different fish. In the evenings around 9 o'clock, 6-7 big stingrays always sailed. they are fed and they are tame, you could pet them.

We went on an excursion from the local bureau, which is located next to the hotel, the talking parrot Duke lives there, you definitely don’t miss it. We were snorkeling, saw turtles, octopus and many different fish. Dolphins swam at sunset, the sunset was just fantastic in the ocean. We also went fishing in the evening, for 30 dollars per person we all caught 2-3 large fish, which we then cooked for dinner. Also saw dolphins. And twice they caught small sharks, but they were released.
I highly recommend this hotel, its location is the best on this small island. For the budget Maldives, to get acquainted with the ocean, white sand, with local flavor, I highly recommend!
The sun is aggressive, so you need to be very careful, you can burn out very quickly and very strongly.

In general, the rest is very calm, completely without alcohol, you will not find it there during the day with fire, the relaxation is complete. It rained every night and sometimes during the day. But it's a beautiful rain, after 5 minutes there is no trace.
to the airport 50 min by speedboat. If there is time before departure, I advise you to take a taxi and go to Male to the local fruit market, the choice is huge, small mangoes are the sweetest. But it is to the market, and not to the supermarket, that taxi drivers bustle around and drop off earlier near the shops. I must say that it is on the MARKET!!!
You can arrange with a taxi driver and he will come and take you back to the airport. drive 10-15 minutes max.
Beautiful Maldives and most importantly affordable for any budget.
