And in room No. 402 (we lived there for the first week), on the very first day, we had to call a plumber twice to clean the clogged toilet bowl, and then also a maid to wash everything after cleaning. The number had to be changed due to the fact that a smoking couple settled in the neighboring 403, they smoked on the balcony both in the morning and in the afternoon and at night. And the hotel is arranged in the form of a book opened at 90 degrees, it stands at an angle to the sea and the wonderful Caribbean breeze carries all the smog from the balcony of the next room to ours. So you went to bed, opened the balcony door, enjoying the sea freshness, and they returned from the bar to the balcony for cigarettes and you wake up because of the impossible stench (we both don’t smoke, and we are also expecting a baby, my wife is 3 months pregnant) and you go to close the balcony door. The door closed in the room becomes damp and stinks like in the basement! Then you open it again, they wake up and smoke again, you jump up and close it. We look in the information book, it says that smoking is allowed outside the hotel, in the dining room, and on the restaurant terrace. Moreover, there are no ashtrays in the room and on the balcony! We turn to the reception, they say yes you can’t smoke on the balcony, only they say outsight. They say they will deal with the offender. Good. At night the same, bastards smoke! I rise in a chair above the partition and tell them they say let's finish, they don't smoke here! And he smokes me! He says that he talked at the reception and he was told you can! I told him we don't smoke, his wife is pregnant, and he doesn't give a shit! I'm at the reception, they say they'll figure it out, you can't smoke on the balcony! Same thing the next day! Again at the reception, and there they say yes balcony outsight, and there they say you can! I then asked to change the number, changed! Three days later, next to the new number, smokers settled, although they rarely smoke! I want to send a letter about this problem to the RIU Company itself.
New Year. The hotel was full of people, they divided it into two shifts at dinner, the table was awesome, we ate, then with one eye some kind of ridiculous show, and the hall for the show did not accommodate everyone, and in the end, the last 10 seconds of the outgoing year were counted out on the dance floor! We didn’t see fireworks or gypsies with bears - ((((

Beach. Very small for such a big hotel. At the peak of loading, it was necessary to take sunbeds until 7 in the morning. And yet, you can sunbathe until 15-15.30, after this time the shadow from the hotel falls on this heel of the beach and there is no sun! But the tan here is magnificent and the sea is Caribbean class! Unless, of course, the weather is lucky. And you might not be lucky with the weather, here we are both with snot and a sore throat for a week, and before leaving, we completely fell down with a temperature. Today it is sunny, tomorrow it will be cloudy, after tomorrow there will be squally wind and rain (raindrops are flying parallel to the ground) Animators are constantly working on the beach and by the pool, lure them into volleyball, a third of the beach is occupied by a volleyball court, various other games, mini football, tug of war, darts , water polo in the pool, etc.
Contingent. Before the new year and immediately after, older and more impressive people rested. But then the youth flooded in. Ages 21-25 and a little older, that is, alcohol is already allowed! Basically, these are groups of guys of 4 - 6 people, pumped up in tattoos, who obviously came to the break! But drunks here at least get drunk! Four liter bottles of tequila, vodka, whiskey, rum hang in the room - they change every two days! Refrigerator full of beer, cola, water, etc. In the bars, drinks for every taste, in short, all inclusive! It looks like a youth American film about some college, five people walk in companies who are cooler. In the morning, a half-eaten hamburger lying in the elevator is a common picture. Yes, and the elevator itself is scratched - "Vasya was here. " We met the Russians in the elevator, he says that yesterday his wife went out onto the balcony, and a man flies past, they say some American jumped out of the window. The people come off mainly from Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Canada, England, the USA, Brazil, there are few Russians, but there are. However, to gather 5-6 people in volleyball in order to kick their ass did not work, compatriots are not athletic-((((
The gym in the hotel occupies an area of ​ ​.30 meters! Shame on *****, and I have never seen such ancient simulators anywhere! There is no bench for the press at all, and the simulator is broken! All the rest, too, none!
Children. That's what you definitely should not do is to go on vacation here with small children. There is nothing here for them! A small pool of about three meters and no slide-platform! We saw the first lesson of animators with children after 15 days of stay!
Restaurant. That's what really ***** is a restaurant. The food is tasty, and for every taste. They arrange a variety of evenings of Mexican, Asian, Spanish, Italian and European cuisine. Fresh necks, fruits, desserts - all for five!

Room cleaning and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. Room 402 had cockroaches. Internet only in the lobby at limited speed and for a limited time, with constant freezes. Appeared a week before departure "normal" in the room, but paid 7 days -$50. Before that, only in the lobby.
Conclusion. The hotel resembles a place for a breakaway of young people, and not with the best manners. It needs normal maintenance, it is not intended for families with children, and non-smokers will not be comfortable here. And definitely, in all respects, except for the restaurant, it does not correspond to the declared level!
