The meeting with the hotel guide was scheduled for the morning of the next day, so we had to get acquainted with the hotel ourselves))) We were settled on the fifth floor, everything was fine, only going out onto the balcony was very audible generator noise from the neighboring hotel. We closed the balcony... it was constantly tense in a room with a closed balcony. We asked to change the room with a surcharge, pointing out the noise. The guide said that there was no need for a surcharge here and they love us very much and they will decide everything. The next day after returning from the excursion, we they gave the same room only on the seventh floor and the balcony overlooked the same generator, but since it was 2 floors higher, the noise was less audible. We decided that we would not sit in the room anyway and did not change it anymore. And so about the hotel:

There is nothing in Russian, channels, menus, in the spa they try very hard to sell you their services but they can’t do anything with the language. By the way, this applies to the entire resort, even in stores when you say rush stop trying to persuade you. They speak good English, French, Spanish native.
9) an oilcloth is not very comfortable to sleep on the mattress. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the room.
