The hotel left good memories. I traveled with my 15 year old son. Upon check-in, they gave a room on the 2nd floor, not the best (as is usually the case). I went down to the reception, asked to change (with separate beds) and higher, they changed it for free. The staff does not speak Russian and there are very few Russian speakers. Food at the hotel for all tastes! Restaurants Italian, French (only for adults), Mexican, English, Japanese and American (we were advised to go to this one so as not to spoil the impression). The rest of the dishes are varied and tasty, worth a try. Shows that were held at the hotel, the level of average amateur performances. Although we didn’t visit all of them, we may have missed a worthy one. . . The beach, when we arrived, was a narrow strip, but in 3 days it was covered with a width of 40 meters. You can’t swim in the sea, but only dip, because the waves are big and the staff whistles if someone moves a little away from the coast. But the color of the Caribbean Sea is beautiful. We traveled from the hotel to the city center by bus R1. It runs every 5 minutes and costs 8 pesos. It was better to pay in dollars in stores. We went on excursions to Xcaret, Tulum, HEL-HA Park, Chichen Itzu with the ADO company (bought at the tour desk at the bus station, the price is lower than that offered at the hotel by 30% -50%
