We did not want to rent a car, because We have been to these places more than once and it is easy to navigate. Therefore, the hotel was chosen closer to the city, where the most fun is in the evenings. The choice fell on Pueblo Bonito Resort. In fact, this is a whole chain of 4 hotels scattered along the coast. Ours had its own beach (which is rare) and was within walking distance of the city. The resort has a standard layout (buildings surround the pool), but there were some raisins. Such as golden fish in the pond, pink flamingos singing and screaming in the morning and few school-age children. They were just in abundance in the hotel nearby (Pueblo Boniti Rose), very noisy, but the territory is larger.
On our beach, you could lie under an awning and order all sorts of Mexican stuff (very tasty). And if you want to stay in your room - a great pizza delivery service. They lay a white tablecloth for you, serve the whole table, put out a lot of sauces and....pizza! She's just class! Tempted several times.
We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen - no complaints. Large enough for 4 people furnished balcony with wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez.

Twice a week themed evenings in the pool restaurant (see photo). We've made it easier. They watched the whole performance from their rocking chairs on the balcony, and they cooked the fish for dinner themselves, the one that was caught on a fishing trip. Fantasy!
