Our family recently returned from an interesting trip by DSBW to the Scandinavian countries “Four capitals and Norway in miniature”. We traveled a lot around different countries of the World and collaborated with various travel companies. As a rule, following the results of the trips, there were many complaints related to the incompetence of the guides, the lack of knowledge of the routes by the drivers, housing conditions that did not comply with the agreements, etc. BUT! This time WE WAS DELIGHTED with the organization of the holiday. Our trip took place with a guide: Ela (so she asked to call her, unfortunately, we don’t know her last name). I would like to say a lot of compliments: firstly, he amazingly knows the history of every piece of land in Scandinavia; secondly, she, like a good mother, constantly gave the group necessary advice related to the everyday life of tourists (where is it better to buy, where is the best exchange rate, what is better to look at in your free time, etc. ); thirdly, a clear organization 24 - ex hours of our precious time abroad. Every minute was thought out, without fuss and strain. Along the route, interesting feature films were shown according to the topic of the trip. In one word, Ela is SMART!! ! Special thanks to the drivers of the tourist bus (by the way, also from DSBW) Sergey and Andrey. GOOD FELLOWS!!! ! Wonderfully know the route, city maps, masterfully drive the car through dangerous sections of the mountains. Yes, and the people are all very pleasant in communication! It was felt that they work with their soul!

Great DSBW staff! And we, in turn, will recommend to all our acquaintances and friends to spend their holidays with DSBW. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!! !
