I am writing from fresh memory a detailed chronological review of the tour from TO "Chord Tour" "I will give him the stars of the North" for those who are going on a similar trip. PS We have not seen any stars of the North, because the white nights have already begun, and the dark sky, covered with stars, really was not ... ))) But long bright days for travel - it's just a plus! Our tour on May 12 was a pilot and, despite some nuances that always arise, we can safely say that it was a success. Special thanks to the wonderful Polish virtuoso drivers Tomek and Hachek, as well as the leader of the group Bogdan, who helped us in this! And of course to our wonderful group, especially the cheerful and active-positive "gallery"!

And so, in order:

Day 1 - transit (710 km = 14 years on the road). Departure at 14-40 from Lviv, and ahead of the border crossing and 710 km to the hotel in Kaunas, and roads - not by car.

This is the first of 2 mistakes made by the manager during the tour, which we were promised to correct before the next departure ...

) According to the hotel, we arrived only at 4-30 and according to all the rules of the bus sludge (at least 9 hours) to Riga could leave only at 14-00.

Day 2 - Kaunas (“bonus”) + Riga (3 years)) (total mileage - 605 km - 8.5 hours on the road) from 10 to 14-00 walked around the city, for these 4 hours had time to go around everything, and even planned to drop by the museum of devils, but it will unfortunately close on Mondays. Exactly at 14-00 left in the direction of Riga - 295 km of road (4 years). Arrived in Riga at 17-00, but stood in traffic for half an hour, and the walking tour was from 17-30 to 20-00, free time only half an hour, and at 20-30 already left for Tallinn + 310km (4.5 years) - arrived at the hotel at 1 am.

Day 3 - Tallinn For those who want electives for the whole day Helsinki (6-00 - 23-00 - ferry back and forth for 2 years, sightseeing tour + free time), and we wanted to get a good night's sleep until 9 and dedicate this day to Tallinn. Accordingly, they bought a TallinCard for 24 years (24 euros) and toured all the most interesting places and museums.

Day 4 - Tallinn + ferry (18-00 - 10-00 - 500km) From 9 to 13-00 a wonderful bus and walking tour of Tallinn, free time until 16-45, and then boarding the ferry Tallinn-Stockholm. The ferry had a lot to do - duty-free, cafes, restaurants, lotteries, live music, dancing, acrobats, disco. . It is a pity only that in round 1, instead of 2 night ferry crossings ... )

Day 5 - Stockholm (11.5 hours) + night transfer to Bergen (1025 km = 16 years on the road) Exactly at 10-00 sailed to Stockholm, and from 10-30 to 12-30 bus tour with 2 photo breaks. For those who wish, there is an optional walking tour of the Old Town, which, in my opinion, should be included in the sightseeing tour.

Then - a free hour of 9 years, and in such a beautiful city (Old Town, cafes, Town Hall, waterfront, museum island... ) They flew by in an instant. At 21-40, walking around the city, we sit down by the bus waiting for the night move. By the way - night transfers were easily transferred - the Scania bus is new and comfortable, a group of only 19 people - respectively, there was enough space for everyone, they slept. . ) Especially I choose tours with 1-2 night trips not only because of their cost, but also because long distances still need to be overcome, and it is better to do it at night, and have more free time in the cities during the day, IMHO.

Day 6 - Continuation of the trip to Bergen + Bergen (4 hours) After the night we woke up near the fabulous Norway, and literally clung to the windows with cameras, admiring the nature and landscapes of Norway. About 14-00 arrived in Bergen, and there on May 17 - the biggest holiday of the Norwegians - Constitution Day!

So the city greeted us very festively - all in national costumes, all the houses in the prairies, parades, music and mass festivities! It's worth seeing. Walking tour 2 years + a year of free time, which we used to walk along the promenade and climb the funicular to the observation deck with a magnificent view of the city. At 18-00 we went to the hotel on command, everyone had the opportunity to go to the center on their own, but we were waiting for a nice bonus in the form of a cozy 4-star hotel with a white grand piano by the lobby, spa on the roof. .

To be continued. .
