Hotel Czarny Potok is located in the balneological resort Krynica Zdró j. At a small distance from the resort, in the tract of the river Czarny Potok. The location is very good, on the one hand, 2 km from the healing springs and on the other hand, about 3 km from the Javorina ski resort. Hotel Czarny Potok is located in the balneological resort Krynica Zdró j. At a small distance from the resort, in the tract of the river Czarny Potok. The location is very good, on the one hand, 2 km from the healing springs and on the other hand, about 3 km from the Javorina ski resort. This is a small ski resort, but much more interesting than, for example, our Migovo or Podobovets. There is one chair lift, a ski lift and one long gondola lift with cabins. From the border to the resort about 200 km, most of the motorway.
The hotel consists of several buildings built along the river and interconnected by passages. Around the hotel are mountains covered with dense forest. It should be noted that this is the largest hotel in the resort, more than 200 rooms. The hotel is truly luxurious, without arrogance, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
It has several restaurants, billiards, table tennis, a gym, a children's room with a nanny, a huge labyrinth and class schedule, and there is also a playground outside.
Separately, you need to talk about the aqua zone. Firstly, it is beautiful, secondly, it is interesting and not boring. Children spent there for 4 hours in a row, every day. There is a children's pool (water is about 36 degrees), an adult with two zones (water is about 32 degrees), a jacuzzi (also very warm), a second jacuzzi with salt water. Secluded area with three saunas (dry, dry with herbs, Turkish), a cold plunge pool, two heated loungers and a snow machine. There are also saunas in the common part, Turkish and Finnish. If you forgot to take a circle for a child with you, do not rush to buy, near the pool there is a counter with a bunch of different swimming accessories (sleeves, vests, circles, boards, etc. ) for general use.
The service of the hotel also deserves special attention and special thanks. Everyone is ready to help, without any ulterior motive. Somehow we were late for dinner, about 30-40 minutes. The buffet has already been cleared. In the hall, the waitress was cleaning the coffee machines. I just asked if it's over. She said "yes" and asked to wait a bit. Then she came out, apologized that they could not make a buffet, but they could offer food. As a result, she brought us soup, 6 (! ) options for main courses and wanted to bring dessert. Moreover, I did not ask us to feed, I just asked if dinner was over : ).
As for the rooms, they are spacious and comfortable. There is a minibar (refrigerator) with welcome drinks (free of charge), a safe, a hair dryer, a kettle with a replenished supply of tea, etc. Every day they bring local mineral water in glass bottles, according to the number of residents (and not paid), that is, for small children too.
Food: delicious, varied and delicious again!

Several "bowls" where anyone can pour healing water. Yes, by the way, there is no language barrier in Poland if you know Ukrainian. language then in any cafe / shop / on the street you can explain.

We drove in 2 cars 2 families from Kharkov, a route through the whole of Ukraine with 2 nights, as they were detained at customs for almost 7 hours, we were traveling with children 3 years old, 5 and 16, our route Kharkiv-Rivne-Rzheshov-Krynica, Zdroj. We arrived very tired and wanted to rest, but after we entered the hotel everything changed!!!!!! We were met at the reception by the concierge, if I wrote correctly.

We were met at the reception by the concierge, if I wrote correctly... her name is Tatyana, but the hotel staff there affectionately call Tatyushka, she showed us everything that is in the hotel, spent a lot of time on us, and spas and restaurants and buildings and everything that is she showed everything from entertainment and told it in an accessible way, and it seemed to me that she did it all not only because she works here and it is her duty, she just really, really likes it, she lives by it, and it is good !!!!
She organized skiing for us, then my godfather waited for an official answer for a day, but there are rules, then snowmobiling in the mountains is worth a try for everyone, adrenaline overwhelmed me from head to toe))))
Even when I coughed a little, and could not understand what was wrong with me, Tatyana immediately organized a term for me to see a doctor who helped to deal with my illness. We paid for breakfast and dinner and we did not regret the proto super food, desserts, salads, soups, cheeses just a lot of delicious things, fruit salads, in general, so that most would understand me, the food is cooler than in Turkey !!! ))) The spa is super, a lot of different saunas, jacuzzi pools with different water temperatures, salt water baths, in general, it’s also one bliss! ! !
