Rested in it among the very first visitors.
Everything is new, in some places even something else was being completed.
The staff is very polite, like all Poles.
I constantly ASK PAN, BARDZO DYAKUYA, etc. , smiles....
A clumsy attitude towards ours is not noticeable.
Our food was included. In the hotel itself, the food is more European than in all Zakopane or even in the nearby less star hotel.
Buffet. Everything is fresh and tasty, although the dish is less than in Turkey. In a nearby 3 * hotel, with prepaid food, you need to choose dishes from the menu and wait for cooking.
European interior. The rooms are a little cramped, but everything is beautiful, TV 32'LCD, there was no Russian channel, but they promised to do it.
On New Year's holidays, accommodation is gloomy expensive, immediately after the 4th it became twice cheaper.

Nearby are a lot of ski rentals and Mount Nosal. We didn’t like it very much, we went to ride on other mountains.
The main problem in Zakopane is that there is no way to ski from one slope to another. You ride on one mountain, you can only move to other mountains by car.
A huge plus of the hotel is the spa area.
Large swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, bathrobes, towels all for free. After skiing, it is very good to relax in their SPA center.
In a word - cozy, comfortable, beautiful, but not cheap.
