1. The hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment and renovation of everything where your eye falls. Located in the city center and a 10-minute walk from Krupovka, the hotel deserves to be modern and updated to please travelers, and not just the wallet of an indifferent hotel owner and his forced employees (who themselves cannot change anything). It seems that the owners of the hotel are waiting for the hotel, like an old horse, to die and fall apart, but for now they are simply using it as a cash cow. Maybe you, the owners, do not care, but with your attitude to the conduct of the tourism business, you spoil the reputation of Poland as a country with a developed modern economy and the love of the local population for their homeland. If you do not respect yourself and shit in your house, then do not transfer your personal problems to travelers.

The hotel, represented by the management, ruined the New Year's Eve and the New Year's program 2017/2018, which, like accommodation, was paid for 100% a month and a half before the start of the trip! The hotel management refused to celebrate the New Year to parents together with their children in the same room and at the same table! Explained in the guide - children should not celebrate the New Year at the same table with their parents, so as not to interfere with other parents who want to take a break from their children and other people's children, and also your children should not see how their parents relax, relax and drink alcohol!

The hotel, through the management, is engaged in deceiving travelers - telling us that we can celebrate the New Year with our children only in a separate room where only other children celebrate it, the management emphasized that other children do not celebrate the holiday with their parents, however, we personally made sure going down to the festive hall, that other children in holiday clothes, along with their parents, were with their parents all the time and continued to be with their parents until late at night on January 1.2018!
4. Calling the police - after we called the police detachment, the management fussed and began to offer to go into the office and discuss something, but we refused.
After waiting for the police and providing all the arguments of both parties, the Police took information about the parties, and the hotel management agreed to return the money for the spoiled New Year's program 2017/2018, and regarding moral losses, the Police recommended that they go to court and protect their rights.

The attitude of the hotel to booking. com - although our booking was confirmed by the official booking form. com, indicating 3 adults and 1 child, the hotel management said that they had not seen anything like this in the booking and this is not their problem, but booking problems. com. On the hotel page in booking. com, it was clearly indicated that the price includes a New Year's Eve gala dinner and a program for all those living in the room - the hotel management said that it does not have time to update and check information on all sites where this hotel is located and in particular on booking. com.

Breakfasts at the hotel are of the same type - is it really difficult to diversify breakfasts at a hotel where the daily income in the high season is about 8000-10000 euros? Where does all the tourists' money go, management???


Conclusion: at the moment we do not recommend staying in a hotel with immoral and deceitful management, interested only in personal enrichment and disregard for tourists in their country, its reputation and respect!!!
