Traveled with friends in Zakopane for the first time. We rented a house for 2 families - a socket is called - a two-story wooden house with a kitchenette, two bathrooms and a living room (comfortable sofa, coffee table, fireplace, TV) on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second, in each bedroom there is an extra bed in addition to a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped, in principle, with everything you need: dishes, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric stove for 2 burners. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, a washing machine, a boiler, even a bathtub and a potty for children. There is no hair dryer and the promised Wi-Fi, too, which was not convenient for us. I personally saw the hostess 2 times, upon check-in and at the moment of departure. They don’t clean it and don’t change towels, but the house has everything for cleaning: a broom, a mop, so go ahead yourself. We were given exactly the same towels (good ones : )), it was difficult to distinguish them, which was not very convenient, given that we are 2 different families.
The yard is beautiful, there is a place for cars. It is far from the center, but we did not notice this by car. We cooked breakfast ourselves, ate dinner in cafes - the food is delicious all around, it is cheaper farther from the center, there are a lot of grocery stores with normal prices.

Skis, poles, boots and helmets were rented near Nosal for PLN 30 per day per set per person. I think further from the slopes is cheaper.
I really liked the village itself, both in color and beauty. I would go again.
