Rec del Sola and Rec de l'Aubac are two hiking trails along the irrigation canals of the same name on opposite slopes of Andorra La Vella. These well-maintained and safe roads, with little difference in elevation, make it possible to take easy walks outside of Andorra La Vella. The Rec del Sol trail starts at Collegi Sant Ermengol Road, and the Rec de l'Aubac trail starts at Tarragona Avenue. These two sites in the vicinity of the capital are the natural "lungs" of the city. The Rec de Sola is a huge lookout overlooking the valley and the city located there, and the Rec de l'Aubac section is a shaded path overgrown with forest. Along these routes, local residents and guests of the capital jogging, walking, walking dogs, relaxing and getting rid of stress and fuss. The Rec de Sola and the Rec de l'Aubac are also part of the 15 km long Green Ring route that runs around Andorra La Vella.
