We stopped by the paid Saadiyat Beach - Saadiyat Public Beach right after the Louvre Abu Dhabi, because they are located on the same island of Happiness, we thought it was close - according to the map from the Louvre to the beach, it's a stone's throw, but these are hotel beaches, and the only entrance to the Public Saadiyat beach is quite far away - by taxi from the Louvre 17.5 dirhams, almost the same as from our hotel from the center of Abu Dhabi to the Louvre itself (20 dirhams), we definitely wouldn’t go the second time, but once for fun to see, swim, sunbathe can.

Entrance - 35 dir, an umbrella with sunbeds (no matter how many people) - 70 dir, there are changing rooms, showers, storage cells for valuables. The beach is quite expensive, compared to the Corniche beach, and a very “tasteless” cafe - only fast food and ice cream, and sandwiches and pizza are simply disgusting, it’s also a long wait, but this cafe is the only one there and the choice, alas, no. There is no competition and the result is on the face.
What I liked about this beach is a wide strip of almost white sand stretching for several kilometers along the bay, and, what is most pleasant, only the sea is visible to the horizon line, and not the neighboring island, as on Cornish Beach - there is an impression that it is not on the Persian you are in the bay, but on the bank of the river and as if you are considering the neighboring shore. The beach is nice, fine sand, clean, well maintained.
Some believe that 9 km of Saadiyat sandy beach, up to 60 meters deep, are not inferior to the beaches of tropical islands and are quite comparable in nature to the beaches in the Maldives. This beach is located in a mangrove zone and is under state protection, and endangered hawksbill turtles breed here from April to July.
Every year, little turtles come out of their eggs and roam the beach until they reach the sea, but people protect and help them - for this, since 2010, they have been supervised by special "turtle" patrols.
Next to the public beach is the beach of the Park Hyatt hotel. From Saadiyat Beach to the city center came 37 dir. There is also bus number 401 directly to the Saadiyat Public Beach stop. The beach itself is undoubtedly excellent, but I underestimated the high cost of the entrance, umbrella, sunbeds and the long distance from the center, I recommend that if you really want to relax on it, then immediately take a hotel on Saadiyat Island itself, and not go there from the city center.
