A private zoo in the United Arab Emirates opened in 2008 in the city of Al Bahiya, 35 km northeast of Abu Dhabi. On the territory of 90,000 square meters there are more than 1,800 representatives of the animal world of two hundred and fifty species, of which almost 70 species are represented in their natural habitat, which is created in an aquarium. Emirates Park Zoo consists of thematic parts: birds, native animals, flamingos, giraffes, an aquarium, predators, primates, reptiles and a snake alley.
