The Magic Water Cube water park was opened in 2011 in a striking building specially built in 2008 for the Beijing Olympics. The water cube amazes visitors not only with its unusual appearance, but also with its interior decoration - here huge jellyfish, coral fish, bubbles and algae “hover” under the ceiling. The park is located on an area of 12,000 sq. m: there are many water attractions (water slides of different lengths, heights, slopes and complexity); different pools, including a spa pool with hydromassage and a pool with artificial waves up to 2 meters; lazy river and kids area. But that's not all: the water park has its own stage, where bright dance shows, various contests and prize draws are held daily. The Water Cube is a popular family-friendly place in Beijing.
