The Pierides Museum is the 19th century mansion of the former Mayor of Larnaca. The elegant elegant building houses the collection assembled by the Pieridis family. During the life of six generations, the collection was replenished with new exhibits.
The most striking decoration of the exposition is the collection of archaeological treasures collected by the grandfather of Zenon Pieridis Dimitrios Pieridis. Four halls here are dedicated to the works of ancient Cypriot masters. Ceramics, glassware, samples of clothing, furniture, weapons from different eras, starting from the Neolithic times, are presented in small halls-rooms. A small souvenir shop is also open here, in the assortment of which - ceramics, silver, souvenir perfumery.
