Snorkeling is swimming under the surface of the water with a mask, fins and a snorkel. And of course the Red Sea with its rich underwater world is an ideal place for snorkeling. Despite the fact that this area is called Madinat Makadi, the locals call it Makadi Bay in the old fashioned way. This is the name of a large but quiet bay in which it is located. Makadi Bay is famous for its stunning coral reefs, I had the pleasure of seeing this for myself. Breathing with the mask was a little uncomfortable at first.→
