Hello!
I would like to share my impressions of an exclusive tour that I attended while on vacation in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt).
I have been to Egypt many times and have probably seen everything. This time I wanted to visit something new. And it is clear that the offers of ordinary tour agencies could not surprise me.
As a result, I was prompted to book a tour on the Sharmseatours website. They have several exclusive tours that they have designed themselves.
As a result, I chose a trip to the lost lake Mayat el-Vishnavi. His route combines a jeep ride, hiking in the mountains, swimming in the lake (if there are daredevils : ) ) and a more relaxed program on the way back: rest on the Red Sea in the city of fishermen Nuweiba and a stop in Dahab.
We left early in the morning. We drove from Sharm, probably for two hours. Then we transferred to jeeps and were taken to the mountains.
The jeeps reached a narrow gorge and had to go further on foot. I immediately warn you that you need comfortable sports (not hot) clothes and sneakers (or coral slippers) for climbing mountains.
I was afraid that it would be hot in the mountains, but it turned out that this was not entirely true. It was not hot and even a pleasant breeze blew. As for the mountain route, there are three rather difficult places. The guide should be erected a monument. He himself is small, frail - how he pulled us all out - you should have seen it! I even offered to sit on a rock and wait for the group to come back. ))) Itself also wanted something new. : )
As a result, we climbed into the last stone hole and we imagined a lost lake. The water is green there. The depth depends on the amount of precipitation. And since we drove quite far from Sharm, it rains in this area.
The bravest in the group even ventured to swim in this lake.
According to reviews, the water is quite cold. Allegedly, this lake grants wishes. If I meet anyone from the group, I'll ask. )))
Then we had to go back down. Then we got to our jeep and drove to Nuweiba. This is a small fishing village on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea.
There we settled down under a palm canopy and rested for a couple of hours. During the rest we were given lunch and we swam in the Gulf of Aqaba. The sea is very different from that in Sharm. The color of the water is completely different.
Then we went to Dahab, where we walked for about an hour and a half.
The photos turned out just bomb.
My feelings: I visited really new places for myself; looked at such a diverse and amazing nature of Egypt. The tour is interesting. The climbing guide was very reliable and under his guidance even older women who went to swim in the lake of desires climbed the route.
The company Sharm Sea Tours itself, which provided the tour, really liked it. They have really exclusive tours, you won't find them anywhere else. Prices are affordable. Staff -
reliable, which is very important if you are going to climb mountains. Recommend.
