Iberian settlement of Puig de Castelet

Puig de Castellet
Spain, Costa Brava
The Iberian settlement of Puig de Castelet is located 2 km from the city center and dates back to the 2nd century BC. The settlement was first discovered in 1943, but excavations began only in 1968. Previously, the settlement was protected by a defensive wall complex, and the tribes living here were engaged in trade with neighboring peoples. Puig de Castelet is located on a hill and offers a beautiful panoramic view of Lret de Mar.

Attractions A place in the format for relaxing with children, or when you have seen everything and have nowhere to go. A very calm and quiet place, but there is nothing memorable and falling into the soul.
