The Eiffel Bridge is a metal bridge across the Onyar River in Girona, designed by the famous French engineer Gustave Eiffel, creator of the Eiffel Tower. The bridge was built 13 years before the construction of the Paris tower in 1876. The structure does not have additional supporting supports and is supported by metal structures. The bridge overlooks the colored houses on the banks of the Onyar River.

For lovers of bridges and embankments
One of the bridges across the Onyar River in Girona is famous for its author - it was designed by Gustave Eiffel himself in 1876. Such a "training on cats" by a famous architect, before the grandiose construction of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The bridge is located right in the center of the old city, the second in a row after Plaza Catalunya, if you move towards the Cathedral.→
