Helsinki is an expensive city, but museums are free! : ) Not all, of course, but only those that are united under the auspices of the "Helsinki City Museum", and this, for a minute, as many as six independent museums (branches) located in different parts of the city. The central branch is called the "Helsinki City Museum" and houses the permanent exhibition Mad About Helsinki, dedicated to the history of the Finnish capital. I was pleasantly surprised by a small exposition, contrary to expectations, consisting not only of archival photographs, but also of some material exhibits.
