Monastery Ostrog

Ostrog Monastery is located in the center of the country between the cities of Niksic and Danilovgrad. It was founded in the middle of the 17th century by Vasily Ostrozhsky. The monastery consists of two parts, separated by a five-kilometer road through the forest. The lower part is the Church of the Holy Trinity and cells. The upper part is the Holy Cross and Vvedenskaya churches built into the rock, in which the relics of the founder are kept.

Worth to visit
It was the first monastery of such a plan that I have ever seen, the place itself is saturated with strong energy and a special atmosphere!! ! The most amazing thing is that my friend and I lost the video recording from the phone, there was nothing left!! !→

Definitely worth a visit
Awesome place! Even if you are an atheist, this place will amaze you. The nerves were especially naughty when we went there by bus along a narrow and steep serpentine without a normal fence. Soul in the heels sometimes left.→

A place worth admiring
Incredible place! It was especially breathtaking when the bus was driving along a narrow and steep serpentine without a bump stop! It was then that my nerves got a little naughty) I can’t say that I felt something in terms of energy, but it’s definitely worth going there!→

Visiting the Ostrog Monastery for the second time.
After the first visit to the monastery, it became clear that this holy place has a strong attraction for those believers who have already visited the monastery. Resting in Montenegro for the second time, I knew for sure that I would definitely go to Ostrog. I recommend to all believers to visit the monastery, especially those who want and cannot have their own children.→

Holy place
A very beautiful place. The temple of the martyr is located high in the mountains. Every day pilgrims from all over the world come there, who no longer believe in the help of doctors and hope only for healing here.→
