Montenegro is an amazing land - the unique color of the Adriatic, mountain peaks and the endless blue sky are mixed here. Here they do not close the doors of houses with bolts, just as they do not close the doors of the souls of local residents.
Standing on the sea coast, you can feel how the salty wind brings the cries of seagulls from the sea, the sound of the waves and the amazing peace caused by the surrounding beauty.
Montenegro is very interesting for tourists because here you can not only lie on the beach, bask in the sun and swim in the azure water, but also go on various excursions. Excursions are offered a great variety, but the prices bite - from 15-20 euros per person. The best option, in my opinion, is to take one large-scale excursion - the canyons of the Tara and Moraca rivers, and otherwise prefer an independent trip.
If you live in the city of Budva, then ten kilometers from it there is a wonderfully beautiful park Milocer and the island of Sveti Stefan. If you like leisurely walks, then I highly recommend getting to Sveti Stefan on foot, it will take about three hours one way, but it's worth it. The views of the coast will be no less picturesque than the end point of our trip - the famous island hotel. Separately, I would like to note the Milocer park - century-old pines, huge pot-bellied palm trees and an unreal azure sea.
Sveti Stefan is closed to ordinary tourists. On the island itself, show business stars and just rich and famous people rent apartments - the security is appropriate, when approaching a paid beach, you will be politely asked to leave. But a little aside there is a free beach and boarding houses where you can rent a house for a less well-to-do tourist.
The pebbles on the free beach, to tell the truth, are too big for a comfortable entry into the water, but everything pays off with a beautiful view of Sveti Stefan. It is a must to see the island, your Montenegrin trip would not be complete without this little piece of beauty and the azure waves of the Adriatic Sea.
