The Moscow River is the main water artery of the capital of Russia, the left tributary of the river. Okie. Pleasure boats run along the Moscow River from mid-April to the second half of October, until the weather worsens seasonally. The Central Walking Line is a two-hour route from Novospassky Bridge to Sparrow Hills and back. Since 2009, the Radisson Company has opened the Novospassky Most - Kievsky Railway Station line with navigation 365 days a year. The line is served by 10 passenger ships with a capacity of 300 passengers. Thanks to a reinforced hull, excellent driving performance and modern equipment (climate control, all-weather panoramic windows), the yachts are able to overcome ice and provide comfort for passengers even in winter conditions.
In 2015, on the feast of Ivan Kupala, the Day of the Moscow River was celebrated for the first time. Numerous boats and ships paraded along the river. Subbotniks were held in Gorky Park and Serebryany Bor to clean the bottom of the river and coastal areas from debris. Carnivals, beach competitions and bike rides along the promenade were organized.
