The Museum of Moscow is located in the Provisional Warehouses on Zubovsky Boulevard, a complex of 3 buildings of the 19th century, unique in its simplicity of architectural design. The museum's funds contain more than 1 million exhibits that tell about the past and present of Moscow, among them: archaeological finds, paintings by famous artists; there is a documentary film center and a city tour desk.
Concerts and celebrations are held in the courtyard of the museum.
Since 2008, the museum has been the main site of the Museum of Moscow association, which includes a number of museums also dedicated to the history of the city: the Museum of Archeology of Moscow, the Museum of Russian Harmonica, the Old English Court, etc.

exhibition space
Venue for exhibitions and fairs. Three buildings. I was here at the exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Moscow City Duma. The kids will be bored. The gift shop is really nice!→
