Clock tower

clock tower
Seashelles, Mahe
The clock tower is a symbol of Victoria, it is considered a smaller copy of the English Big Ben. However, this is not true. In fact, the tower is an exact copy of Little Ben, a clock tower installed in 1892 in London's Westminster on Vauxhall Bridge Road. The clock tower in Victoria is painted silver and decorated with 4 lanterns. It was established by the Seychelles in 1903 in honor of Queen Victoria, and on the occasion of the celebration of the entry of the islands into the British colonies.

You came, you saw and of course you won't get lost in the unknown city of Victoria. And they called it a tourist attraction. "Why? " no one to ask. There is a clock in the middle of the street in the city center ... But we were there, we saw it, and that's the main thing! )
