Emerald Lake, also known as Sa Morakot, was formed from thermal waters flowing down from the mountains right in the middle of the rainforest. The water is always warm and has an emerald hue.
A little further up the stream from the Emerald Lake, you can walk along the path to the small Blue Lake. The water in it has a bright blue color, the water contains a lot of sulfur and gas rises from the bottom. Swimming in it is prohibited.
Not far from the lakes there are hot springs - natural cascade baths of volcanic origin with a water temperature of 40-42 degrees. Thermal water has a unique chemical composition and has healing properties.
