At the end of the 19th century it was built according to the idea of ​ ​ the owner Grigory Glibov - a landowner and politician. In the 12th century there was a settlement Gurichiv. Glebov's house was built on this place. Built in the Gothic style. Made in a complex asymmetric plan. Under the house is a basement. An ice cream parlor and a carriage house were also added. An alley leads to the entrance to the castle. Now there is a microbiological institute.

The estate was built within the village of Bobrovytsia, which now belongs to Chernihiv. Various shapes of windows and gothic towers. The image of the family coat of arms of Glebov on the main facade. Hryhoriy Hlibov built the palace out of love for a Frenchwoman who refused to go to Chernihiv, arguing that Glibov did not have a castle like a real knight. Thus began the history of one of the most interesting buildings in Chernihiv. Now this place is one of the most romantic in Chernihiv. It is worth noting that later marrying Tarnowski's daughter Glebov said that the palace was built for her.
