House of Khrennikov

The Khrennikov House is located in the city center at the intersection of Karl Marx Avenue and Korolenko Street. It was built by engineer Vladimir Khrennikov in 1913. The white four-storey building combines elements of modernism and Ukrainian baroque. In Soviet times, a teacher's house was located here, and now the Grand Hotel "Ukraine" is located here.
