The Museum of the History and Development of the Donetsk Railway is located near the Donetsk railway station. It was founded in 2000. The museum's collection includes more than 6.5 thousand exhibits, one way or another related to the history of the Donetsk railway, including 25 rare pieces of equipment. Of particular interest is the only surviving locomotive L-2062 (Cuckoo).
