Drohobych tower

The Drohobych tower is located in the very center of the city. It is the only powerful stone fortification built in the 13th century that has survived to this day. After St. Bartholomew's Church was built in the 16th century, the tower was used as its belfry. Now it is one of the symbols of the city, and next to the tower there is a statue of the astronomer Yuri Drogobych.
