The field of the Berestets battle is a complex of historical monuments located in the village of Plyasheva, Rivne region. The historical and memorial reserve was established in 1912. It was at this place that in 1651 the troops of Bogdan Khmelnitsky suffered a crushing defeat from the Polish royal army. The reserve includes the Museum "Cossack Graves", St. Michael's Church, the Church of St. George the Victorious, as well as several tracts with many archaeological finds.
