This place can rightly be called a landmark of the city of Kharkov. It is located in the metro area Kholodnaya Gora, or rather in the Zalyutin area. There, in my opinion, TEC-5 is also located. You can get there from the Kholodnaya Gora metro station, by all minibuses that go to the Bird Market, for example, 220 and 237, departing from platforms 17 and 18. You can get up at the Bird Market stop, but it's better to ask the driver to stop at the steps that lead to the river.→
