The Museum of the History of Religion is located in the city center in the building of a medieval Dominican monastery. It was opened in 1973 as the Museum of the History of Religion and Atheism. The museum has more than 50 thousand exhibits, mainly of religious subjects. It has its own unique library, where you can find unique copies of old books. The museum also restores old organs.
