The monument was erected recently, in 2007. If we ignore history and look at it as art, then it does not represent anything special. From a distance, it is very reminiscent of Lenin, no matter how blasphemous it may sound. Every Muscovite must take a picture here and post it on VKontakte. Such a post will not go unnoticed, even if you have only one friend in your profile. : -)→
