Museum "History of Truskavets" is located in the city center opposite the Church of St. Nicholas. It was founded in 1982. The museum is located in the building of the villa "Sariush", built in the early twentieth century in the original Moorish style. The exposition of the museum tells about the history of the region, special attention is paid to the cultural and everyday life of the Boikos - the local ethnic group.

interesting and informative

During a vacation in Truskavets, we visited this museum. The museum is located in the center of the resort, within walking distance from the pump room, which is very convenient. In 7 halls, historical documents are exhibited, as well as household items of the population of the foothills of the Carpathians, which give an idea of the history of the region from ancient times to the present day. We took a guide - and did not regret it, very interesting and informative, I recommend→

Funny for history buffs

Like any decent resort with a rich history, in 1982 Truskavets acquired its own Museum. And, symbolically, this museum is located in the historic villa "Sariush", built in 1901 in the Art Nouveau style with elements of Moorish architecture. : )) The exposition is located on 2 floors: at the bottom there are exhibits from the history of the city since the first mention of it in the 15th century and further development in the process of passing from hand to hand by Czech, Polish, Austrian and other owners.→
